Born Learning Family Training Coordinator
ELC of Duval is looking for an experienced and eductaed professional to serve as Coordinator and lead trainer for the Born Learning Training program for parents. Children's Week Hand Strands
It's that time of year again! April 14 is statewide "Children's Day at Capitol" and the local event will take place on Thursday, March 19 at the Jacksonville Landing. Part of the annual festivities include the "Hanging of Hands" in Jacksonville City Hall and Capitol Rotunda in Tallahassee. Instructions for making hand strands can be found here.

How can I register my child for VPK?

1) You may bring the required documents to any of ELC of Duval's three offices.

2) The Early Learning Coalition offers many convenient dates and locations in the community for you to come and sign up your child for the VPK program. They are listed below:
