1) You may bring the required documents to any of ELC of Duval's three offices starting Monday, January 28.
Appointments are NOT necessary.

2) The Early Learning Coalition offers many convenient dates and locations in the community for you to come and sign up your child for the VPK program. They are listed below on the VPK Community Sign Ups page.
Please note, we are unable to issue transfer certificates during these out-of-office enrollments.
