NACCRRA Military Resources

Military Child Care In Your Neighborhood (MCCIYN) supports active duty military families with the cost of high quality care. Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and National Guard service members are eligible.

Operation Military Child Care (OMCC) supports the temporary child care needs of any deployed service member, including National Guard or Reserve service members, who have orders and are activated or mobilized.

MCCIYN and OMCC programs are operated by the National Association of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (NACCRRA), and require the service member to go through Child Care Aware, for military referrals.

ELC of Duval's CCR&R provides local support and assistance, once Child Care Aware has activated the case. Local information or assistance contacting Child Care Aware can also be obtained by contacting:
CCR&R at 904-208-2044
or by Email

Additional information on the Military Fee Assistance program through NACCRRA is also available.

Child Care Assistance For Families of Severely Injured Military Members is a partnership between NACCRRA and US Military Services to provide families of severely injured military members with assistance to find and pay for safe, licensed child care services for a period of six months during their period of recuperation.
