I hope you will find everything you are looking for. Our goal with this site is to provide the best customer service for our families, our providers and our community partners so www.ChooseQualityChildCare.org will truly be a usable and friendly resource.
We have information on choosing quality child care, our VPK program, applying for care assistance, and a listing of centers that participate in our Guiding Stars of Duval program. Additionally you can find all you need to know about our other programs, trainings and meetings.
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit who contracts with the State of Florida to provide early learning funding and leadership in Duval County. Our mission has not changed, we are focused on helping families and providers ensure their children are able to enter school ready to learn and succeed!
We have grown significantly since we were first formed by state statute in 1999. Today we are the largest non-profit in Jacksonville and impact more than 20,000 children through our direct service to families, support to providers and ongoing commitment to community engagement.
