All Provider Pages have access to the Provider Bulletin Board.

We have three office locations to serve families.

This page is for providers seeking to let families know about the temporary child care scholarships they have available.

• ELC of Duval is in no way recommending the services of these providers; we are simply letting families know about these scholarship opportunities.
• It is the responsibility of the family to research any provider where their children may receive care.
• We recommend first checking the profile of any center you are considering on the Department of Children and Families website. When you are ready to visit a child care provider, we also recomment using our Quality Checklist to give you ideas of what to look for at a child care center/home and questions to ask the staff.
• Please contact the center/home directly to coordinate services.

To post a scholarship on our child care scholarships page, please send: center/home name, date of scholarship, location, hours of operation, details regarding care, contact name and contact number to Paula Ruffner by email. Scholarships will be posted within 10 business days of submission.
