ELC of Duval's Child Care Resource & Referral offers services in local Jacksonville Public Library branches!

Our Child Care Resource & Referral Staff are set-up in the Children's Section of various library branches.

Services provided include:

* help applying for child care assistance
* finding quality child care
* providing VPK information
