Child & Family Resources (C&FR) provides customer service, resources and information for ELC of Duval programs. We are happy to serve our clients and customers at our office:
Monday thru Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
We are closed to the public on Fridays.
We offer appointments during our busiest times,
11:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday thru Thursday.
